In most cases we ask that you pay for your consultation at the time of your visit. In some cases we may provide services on account by arrangement with one of our receptionists.
We do charge administration fees for unpaid accounts, and unpaid accounts are referred to external debt collection at your cost.
We will always do our best to communicate with you before this happens.
We accept cash, EFTPOS and major credit cards (excluding American Express and Diners Club) at the front desk.
If you have an account, you can also pay us via online banking; please ensure you include your chart number when making online banking payments:

Minor Surgeries are surgical procedures that can be completed in clinic using local anaesthesia and therefore don't require a visit to hospital. These are surgeries that many of our doctors are trained to perform but are only funded if performed by hospital surgeons. We offer these services where we can do them instead in order to allow patients to avoid having to wait for an appointment in the hospital as we can nearly always do it much more quickly and with less administration. Our staff with always provide you with all of the options for care so that you can make an informed decision.
Because these surgeries are only funded in the hospital, any surgeries we perform have no government funding and so are charged at an unfunded rate as below.
These costs include the practitioner's time, including their skill and experience with performing these surgery. It also covers any surgical assistance required, any consumable items used during the surgery, the management of any equipment used during the surgery, and any documentation associated with the surgery (such as testing of samples and related communication).
The following costs apply to any follow-up care not covered by ACC:
